About the Legal Internship Opportunity

M A Gani Associates is inviting applications from eligible and interested candidates for an offline internship program at its office in Navi Mumbai for the month of August.

Internship Responsibilities

Day to day responsibilities of the interns include:

• Manage all kinds of drafting under the guidance
• Work on documentation of all kinds of agreements, MOU, etc.
• Visit the courts (Vashi Court, Panvel Court, Thane Court, and Bombay High Court or any other courts of Mumbai) to pursue any application and new case filing
• Work and deal with civil, criminal, matrimonial cases, cheque bouncing cases, corporate finance companies, and other applications of heirship and any declaration litigation as an independent advocate office.

Eligibility

Only those candidates can apply who are:

• enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LLB program.
• can start the internship between July’23 and August’23.
• are available for a duration of 3 months.
• have relevant skills and interests.
• Women wanting to start/restart their careers can also apply.
