Mahindra Group is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Senior Manager- Legal.

• Ensuring Compliance through E-compliance Module – Coordination with various stakeholders.
• Recovery Process through Arbitration, Section 138, Civil Suit, etc.
• Guidance Note on BG Format, Invocation process, etc.
• Representing FD – Mahindra in all Legal Suits.
• Managing Power of Attorney for various stakeholders.
• Any other legal matters.

• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with internal customers promoting the value of the legal function.
• Proactive engagement with business teams to understand their spoken and unspoken needs and coordination with business legal teams.
• Identification of the issues while introducing processes and monitoring mechanisms.
• Monitoring and supervising the implementation of the best practices such as standardization of the documents, awareness sessions, etc.
• Ability to ask appropriate questions to the business to understand the requirement and the structure of the documentation.
• Ability to turn around inquiries quickly and tackle issues at short notice.
• Ability to work effectively with a range of people and the ability to deliver advice in a clear and user-friendly way.
