Sanjeev Singh & Associates, Advocates seeks to recruit litigation associates in Delhi.

Job Responsibilities

"The firm is looking for dedicated and driven advocates, preferably with prior experience in the commercial, civil and banking laws such as Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, SARFAESI Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, PMLA etc. The candidates must be keen on learning and prepared to adhere to deadlines.

The roles and responsibilities of the selected candidate shall include, but not be limited to:

1. Research in the above-mentioned fields of law; and
2. Drafting pleadings before all tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court; and
3. Appearing independently and assisting seniors before the said courts; and
4. Rendering legal opinions to clients”
