The Tamil Nadu National Law University is organising the 5th TNNLU-CCI National Moot Court Competition 2023 from May 13 to 14, 2023.

About the University
The Tamil Nadu National Law University (TNNLU) was established by the Government of Tamil Nadu by an Act of State Legislature (Tamil Nadu Act No. 9 of 2012) to provide quality legal education at the global level.
About the Moot
We are pleased to announce that the 5th TNNLU-CCI National Moot Court Competition, 2023 will be organised by Tamil Nadu National Law University in collaboration with Competition Commission of India on May 13-14, 2023.
Eligibility
Law students duly enrolled in the 3-year LL.B. courses or 5-year integrated LL.B. courses undergraduate programmes may apply to participate in the Competition. One only team per Institution/University can participate in the Competition.
Team Composition
3 Members (2 Speakers and 1 Researcher) (or) 2 Members (2 Speakers)
Registration Procedure
Provisional Registration will be open on April 6, 2023 along with the release of the Moot Problem and Moot Rules. The provisional registration closes on April 13, 2023.
In this edition of the competition, the registration will be restricted to only 24 Teams of which 8 teams will qualify for the Advanced round. All the Teams desirous of participating in the Competition should provisionally register themselves by sending an email to nmcc@tnnlu.ac.in through the Moot Court Committee of their Institution/College/University or the Faculty Coordinator of the Moot Court Committee.
Final registration formalities should be completed by the Team only after receiving an affirmative reply from the OC to the provisional registration email.

- Release of the Moot Problem and commencement of Provisional Registration: April 6, 2023
- Deadline for Registration: 11:59 PM (IST), April 25, 2023
- Last Day for seeking Clarifications: 11:59 PM (IST), April 27, 2023
- Release of Clarifications for the Moot Proposition: April 30, 2023
- Submission of Memorials (Soft Copy): 11:59 PM (IST), May 9, 2023
- Dates of the 3rd TNNLU-CCI National Moot Court Competition: May 13-14, 2023
